Green beans Coffee Company is looking for an organized, self motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join its team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Staffing - Generate candidates for cafe manager, assistant manager, field leadership, office staff; screens applicants and performs initial interviews on viable candidates; move candidates through the hiring process (background check, offer letter, new hire paperwork); develops and revises job descriptions as needed.

Employee Relations - Provides for ER needs; functions as 'employee hotline' for confidential staff issues, investigates as necessary, and advises management on resolution; handles EEOD claims and other local labor board communications; researches labor law compliance needs for new markets and advises management on particular needs; assists with the development of an 'employer of choice' culture at Green Beans Coffee;. Manage all Work comp and liability issues and paper work.

Compensation & Benefits -Assists with benefits enrollments and eligibility; researches competitive compensation statistics for US markets and advises management accordingly.

Training and Field Support - Develops and leads an HR practices workshop for managers and franchisees, communicates periodically with store managers to evaluate store environment and working conditions.

Forms & HR Tools - Develops and revises various forms in support of HR processes at Green Beans.

Other duties as required and appropriate to the position.
