We need a relief property manager position to provide extra staffing coverage on an as-needed basis for our self storage property located in the South County area of Napa. This job requires that you have a variety of days of the week available during the hours of 9am-6pm. This job may be suited for someone that is retired or semi-retired. The work schedule is sometimes planned or could be on short notice.

You will be working independently in an attractive rental office environment. You would be renting self storage units, handling phone calls and collecting rents. The position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are also important. Good communication skills and a basic knowledge of the computer are needed.
